This project brings together a proven variegation-producing mother line with one of the defining modern Red Crystallinum breeding directions.
The seed parent is the same Variegated Wonderboy × Papillilaminum mother used to create the famous Jiggy Tutti Frutti hybrid.
That matters.
Across the Tutti Frutti offspring produced from this mother, approximately 40% have expressed visible variegation, giving us real observed history with how this particular breeder can behave in seed-grown offspring.
That does not mean 40% of this new cross is guaranteed to variegate.
But it does mean this project isn't built around theoretical variegated parentage alone.
We've already watched this mother produce it.
