Shipping Policy

At Jiggy Plant Guy, I take pride in carefully packing and preparing each order to ensure your plant babies arrive safe and healthy. Please read the details below to understand how shipping works.


Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays or Wednesday at the latest, to avoid delays over weekends and protect your plants from harsh transit conditions.
Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Wednesday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.


Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day or 2-Day delivery, depending on your location and selected shipping option at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within 1 to 2 business days.


Total Time to Delivery

From the time you place your order to when it arrives, you can expect a total delivery timeframe of approximately 2 to 7 business days, depending on when your order was placed in relation to the weekly shipping schedule.


Shipping Methods

I currently ship via UPS with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.


Live Plant Shipping

Plants are packed with care, using appropriate materials to keep them secure during transit. Please unbox your plants as soon as they arrive and allow them time to adjust after their journey.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Shipping Issues

Once an order is shipped, I no longer have control over its handling. I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier. If there is a problem with your delivery, contact me within 24 hours of receiving the package with photos and details, and I’ll do my best to help.


Weather Awareness

It is your responsibility to check local weather conditions before ordering. I may delay shipments during extreme temperatures to protect plant health, and I recommend holding off on ordering during severe weather if you cannot receive and unbox promptly.


Currently Shipping Within the United States Only

At this time, I only ship within the U.S.
