Return Policy

At Jiggy Plant Guy, your satisfaction is important to me. While I work hard to ensure every plant arrives healthy and happy, I understand that issues can arise.


Returns

I accept returns within 14 days of order delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact me within that 14-day window to begin the return process.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • You must contact me first with photos and details

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

Due to the nature of live plants, I do not accept returns for plants that have been damaged due to delays in unboxing, improper care, or unfavorable environmental conditions after arrival.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the item. I’ll do my best to make it right—this may include a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the situation.
