Shipping & Live Arrival

Shipping and Live Arrival

Every Jiggy plant and seed is packed with real care and intention here in Connecticut.
Orders typically ship within three to five business days, always with weather awareness in mind so your plant travels as safely as possible. Tracking is provided the moment your order is on the way.

When your plant arrives, open it as soon as you can and allow it time to breathe, settle, and adjust to its new environment. Some light stress from travel is normal. Strong roots and stable care will guide the next phase of growth.

Because these are live plants and fresh seeds, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or there is any concern, contact me within twenty four hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging so I can properly support you.

Your success matters here. I am always in your corner.

Care and Growing Guidance

Care and Growing Guidance

Your Jiggy plant was grown with patience and intention and is ready to begin the next chapter with you.

Provide bright indirect light, warm temperatures, and steady humidity whenever possible.
Water when the medium begins to approach dryness, keeping roots lightly moist but never saturated. Consistency always wins over perfection.

Give the plant time to adjust after shipping before making major environmental changes. Strong roots first. Leaves will follow.

Growth is a relationship, not a race.
Stay patient. Stay observant. Stay connected to the process.

If you ever need guidance, have questions, or simply want to share progress, I am always here to help.

Welcome to growing Jiggy.

Plant Details and Genetics

Plant Details and Genetics

This plant is part of the active Jiggy breeding program built around intentional crosses, strong lineage, and real collector level selection.

Every seedling is grown from verified parent plants and raised in a controlled environment focused on root health, stability, and long term development. No rushed growth. No filler plants. Only material I would confidently keep in my own collection.

Because division, seed variation, and phenotype expression are natural in living genetics, each plant will continue to develop its own character over time. That unfolding is part of the beauty of true breeding work.

What you are holding is not just a plant.
It is a living piece of an evolving lineage.

(Carlablackiae × Purple Yurple) × Carlablackiae JPG.2

About This Cross

This pairing was built around contrast, atmosphere, and emotional depth.

The Purple Yurple side introduces vivid vein movement, glowing emergent coloration, and expressive transitional energy while JPG.2 anchors the line with darkness, restraint, and mature velvet authority.

Together, they create a hybrid that feels cinematic.

Not just color.
Not just darkness.
Tension between both.

Parent Influence

Carlablackiae × Purple Yurple

Source
Wild Roots Nursery lineage

Known For
• Rich purple to burgundy toned emergents
• Bright glowing venation during active growth
• Emotional color transitions layered over velvet structure
• Dark hardening foliage with strong contrast potential
• A balance between expressive coloration and mature composure

Purple Yurple became known within collector circles for carrying unusual saturated emergent tones that feel vivid and atmospheric without losing velvet depth. The line introduces movement, warmth, and visual tension into darker Carlablackiae pairings while still maintaining a refined collector aesthetic.

This side contributes color energy, dramatic transitional phases, and layered emotional presence within the pairing.

Carlablackiae JPG.2

Source
Original JiggyPlantGuy clone

Known For
• Deep black-green velvet saturation
• Fragmented misbar venation
• Broad controlled posture
• Internal shimmer and layered texture
• Quiet mature authority and collector presence

Some phenotypes may display partial or “misbar” vein expression with interrupted lateral veining and asymmetrical structure. In certain mature plants this creates a more wild, organic presentation that many collectors specifically chase for individuality and character.

JPG.2 anchors the line with darkness, structure, and long-term visual density.

Trait Potential

• Deep velvet foliage with darker mature hardening
• Purple, burgundy, ember, or wine-toned emergents possible
• Bright transitional vein coloration during active growth
• Fragmented or minimal misbar venation possible
• Balanced structure with layered emotional surface contrast
• Potential for both dark atmospheric phenotypes and more colorful expressive forms
• Individual mature expression will vary significantly between seedlings

What You Are Purchasing

One healthy seedling from the
(Carlablackiae × Purple Yurple) × Carlablackiae JPG.2 pairing.

This is an early stage plant and defining traits such as coloration, texture, venation, and mature posture will continue developing over time.

Grower Notes

This line feels emotional in a different way than most Carla projects.

Purple Yurple introduces glow, warmth, and dramatic emergent movement while JPG.2 keeps the line grounded in deep velvet structure and composed mature presence.

Some seedlings may mature into nearly black velvet plants with subtle wine undertones while others may push brighter transitional coloration and stronger visual contrast layered over controlled Carlablackiae form.

The pairing feels alive.
Moody under low light.
Electric during emergence.

This release was built for collectors who appreciate tension between darkness and color rather than one overpowering the other.

Care Expectations

Stable warmth, elevated humidity, and patience are essential.

Bright indirect light, evenly moist roots, and an airy substrate will support healthy development and strong velvet maturation over time.
