Shipping & Live Arrival

Shipping and Live Arrival

Every Jiggy plant and seed is packed with real care and intention here in Connecticut.
Orders typically ship within three to five business days, always with weather awareness in mind so your plant travels as safely as possible. Tracking is provided the moment your order is on the way.

When your plant arrives, open it as soon as you can and allow it time to breathe, settle, and adjust to its new environment. Some light stress from travel is normal. Strong roots and stable care will guide the next phase of growth.

Because these are live plants and fresh seeds, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or there is any concern, contact me within twenty four hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging so I can properly support you.

Your success matters here. I am always in your corner.

Care and Growing Guidance

Care and Growing Guidance

Your Jiggy plant was grown with patience and intention and is ready to begin the next chapter with you.

Provide bright indirect light, warm temperatures, and steady humidity whenever possible.
Water when the medium begins to approach dryness, keeping roots lightly moist but never saturated. Consistency always wins over perfection.

Give the plant time to adjust after shipping before making major environmental changes. Strong roots first. Leaves will follow.

Growth is a relationship, not a race.
Stay patient. Stay observant. Stay connected to the process.

If you ever need guidance, have questions, or simply want to share progress, I am always here to help.

Welcome to growing Jiggy.

Plant Details and Genetics

Plant Details and Genetics

This plant is part of the active Jiggy breeding program built around intentional crosses, strong lineage, and real collector level selection.

Every seedling is grown from verified parent plants and raised in a controlled environment focused on root health, stability, and long term development. No rushed growth. No filler plants. Only material I would confidently keep in my own collection.

Because division, seed variation, and phenotype expression are natural in living genetics, each plant will continue to develop its own character over time. That unfolding is part of the beauty of true breeding work.

What you are holding is not just a plant.
It is a living piece of an evolving lineage.

About This Cross

The Jiggy line has now been reduced primarily to holdback material.

This release represents seedlings that were never originally intended for regular public release and were selected specifically for long-term collector potential within the program.

Both parents are ethically sourced pure Carlablackiae selected around contrast, saturation, structure, and mature visual authority rather than temporary novelty.

JPG.1

(Scott’s Pre-Numbered 2021)

JPG.1 remains one of the cornerstone clones within the Jiggy breeding program.

Known for deep black shimmer, composed structure, layered velvet texture, and mature foliage that darkens with age rather than flattening out over time. JPG.1 contributes density, weight, and long-term collector presence into the pairing.

RA10s1

RA10s1 is respected for dramatic emergent coloration, readable venation, and high-contrast transitions as foliage matures.

Its influence introduces movement, tension, and visual energy into the line while still preserving classic Carlablackiae elegance and species integrity.

Together, this pairing creates dark high-contrast Carlablackiae built around layered depth, mature authority, and timeless species beauty.

These are not trend plants.

These are foundation plants.

What You Are Purchasing

One healthy large seedling from the
JPG.1 × RA10s1 Carlablackiae holdback release.

This is a more advanced juvenile plant with early traits already beginning to establish while still leaving significant room for mature transformation over time.

Care Expectations

Bright indirect light, stable warmth, elevated humidity, and patience are recommended.

An airy moisture-retentive substrate such as moss, tree fern, or semi-hydro conditions will support strong root development and healthy velvet maturation.

Stable conditions will help maximize depth, shimmer, and vein clarity as the plant matures.

Let it age.

This line rewards patience.

Grower Notes

This release represents a different philosophy than most modern collector drops.

The goal was never instant gratification or exaggerated novelty.

JPG.1 contributes darkness, restraint, and long-term authority while RA10s1 introduces contrast, movement, and emotional tension through emergent coloration and vein structure.

Some seedlings may mature into sleek refined velvet specimens while others may develop heavier saturation, stronger red transitions, and immense mature presence.

These are the types of Carlablackiae that reveal their full beauty slowly over years rather than weeks.
