Shipping & Live Arrival

Shipping and Live Arrival

Every Jiggy plant and seed is packed with real care and intention here in Connecticut.
Orders typically ship within three to five business days, always with weather awareness in mind so your plant travels as safely as possible. Tracking is provided the moment your order is on the way.

When your plant arrives, open it as soon as you can and allow it time to breathe, settle, and adjust to its new environment. Some light stress from travel is normal. Strong roots and stable care will guide the next phase of growth.

Because these are live plants and fresh seeds, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or there is any concern, contact me within twenty four hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging so I can properly support you.

Your success matters here. I am always in your corner.

Care and Growing Guidance

Care and Growing Guidance

Your Jiggy plant was grown with patience and intention and is ready to begin the next chapter with you.

Provide bright indirect light, warm temperatures, and steady humidity whenever possible.
Water when the medium begins to approach dryness, keeping roots lightly moist but never saturated. Consistency always wins over perfection.

Give the plant time to adjust after shipping before making major environmental changes. Strong roots first. Leaves will follow.

Growth is a relationship, not a race.
Stay patient. Stay observant. Stay connected to the process.

If you ever need guidance, have questions, or simply want to share progress, I am always here to help.

Welcome to growing Jiggy.

Plant Details and Genetics

Plant Details and Genetics

This plant is part of the active Jiggy breeding program built around intentional crosses, strong lineage, and real collector level selection.

Every seedling is grown from verified parent plants and raised in a controlled environment focused on root health, stability, and long term development. No rushed growth. No filler plants. Only material I would confidently keep in my own collection.

Because division, seed variation, and phenotype expression are natural in living genetics, each plant will continue to develop its own character over time. That unfolding is part of the beauty of true breeding work.

What you are holding is not just a plant.
It is a living piece of an evolving lineage.

(Scott’s “Velvet Nuts” × Dressleri) × Ralph Lynam × Fort Sherman (RLFS) F2

Release Type
2 Leaf Seedling

What You’re Getting

Actively growing 2 leaf seedlings from a deeply layered velvet pairing combining Scott Cohen’s “Velvet Nuts” line with an F2 generation of the legendary Ralph Lynam × Fort Sherman (RLFS) lineage.

These seedlings are already beginning to establish their early structure and velvet characteristics while still leaving plenty of room for unique mature development.

This release merges expressive modern velvet breeding with proven dark collector genetics rooted in original Jay Vanini sourced material.

Parent One

(Scott’s “Velvet Nuts” × Dressleri)

Source
Scott Cohen

Lineage Notes
• “Velvet Nuts” originates from Circus Peanuts × BVEP
• That plant was later crossed with RA Dressleri to deepen structure, texture, and mature velvet expression
• Further integrated with Dressleri influence to reinforce broad form and heavier substance
• Built around balancing movement, emergent coloration, and dark velvet depth

Trait Signature
• Dark velvet foliage with dramatic light response
• Potential for rich burgundy to copper emergents
• Layered texture with subtle reflective sheen
• Strong collector presence with expressive mature form

Parent Two

Ralph Lynam × Fort Sherman (RLFS) F2

Source
TOFU Sprinkles / Young Wu original clones from Jay Vanini Ralph Lynam clone

Lineage Notes
• F2 continuation of the respected RLFS line built from original Jay Vanini sourced Ralph Lynam material
• Combined with Fort Sherman influence to preserve dark velvet structure while increasing variation and mature complexity
• Selected for strong posture, broad shoulders, and classic velvet collector form

Trait Signature
• Deep velvet finish with dark mature hardening
• Strong sinus structure and elongated proportions
• Metallic glow possible under ideal lighting
• Thick textured foliage with highly collectible mature presence

Expected Traits

• Heavy velvet expression from an early age
• Deep green to near-black mature foliage possible
• Strong structural posture with elongated to broad mature forms
• Potential for dramatic emergent coloration and reflective sheen
• Complex texture layering from both Dressleri and RLFS influence
• Collector-focused variability with strong keeper potential

This pairing was designed to merge the expressive complexity of the Velvet Nuts line with the darker structural foundation and maturity of RLFS genetics.

Current Growth Stage

• Established 2 leaf seedlings
• Actively growing juvenile plants
• Early structure and phenotype expression already beginning to show
• Leaf shape, texture, and coloration will continue developing significantly with maturity

Grower Notes

This line sits in a really unique place between refinement and raw velvet energy.

The Velvet Nuts side contributes movement, emergent color, and layered complexity through the Circus Peanuts and BVEP influence while the RLFS F2 side reinforces dark mature structure, elongated elegance, and proven collector appeal.

Some seedlings may mature into broad heavy velvet forms while others may lean toward darker elongated phenotypes with intense texture and glow.

This release was created for collectors interested in growing out long-term statement plants with real individuality.
