Shipping & Live Arrival

Shipping and Live Arrival

Every Jiggy plant and seed is packed with real care and intention here in Connecticut.
Orders typically ship within three to five business days, always with weather awareness in mind so your plant travels as safely as possible. Tracking is provided the moment your order is on the way.

When your plant arrives, open it as soon as you can and allow it time to breathe, settle, and adjust to its new environment. Some light stress from travel is normal. Strong roots and stable care will guide the next phase of growth.

Because these are live plants and fresh seeds, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or there is any concern, contact me within twenty four hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging so I can properly support you.

Your success matters here. I am always in your corner.

Care and Growing Guidance

Care and Growing Guidance

Your Jiggy plant was grown with patience and intention and is ready to begin the next chapter with you.

Provide bright indirect light, warm temperatures, and steady humidity whenever possible.
Water when the medium begins to approach dryness, keeping roots lightly moist but never saturated. Consistency always wins over perfection.

Give the plant time to adjust after shipping before making major environmental changes. Strong roots first. Leaves will follow.

Growth is a relationship, not a race.
Stay patient. Stay observant. Stay connected to the process.

If you ever need guidance, have questions, or simply want to share progress, I am always here to help.

Welcome to growing Jiggy.

Plant Details and Genetics

Plant Details and Genetics

This plant is part of the active Jiggy breeding program built around intentional crosses, strong lineage, and real collector level selection.

Every seedling is grown from verified parent plants and raised in a controlled environment focused on root health, stability, and long term development. No rushed growth. No filler plants. Only material I would confidently keep in my own collection.

Because division, seed variation, and phenotype expression are natural in living genetics, each plant will continue to develop its own character over time. That unfolding is part of the beauty of true breeding work.

What you are holding is not just a plant.
It is a living piece of an evolving lineage.

Jiggy Carlablackiae: Special Edition

RA7 Clone × PM1 Clone

Release Type
Fresh Sprout Release

What You’re Getting

Fresh Carlablackiae sprouts from a highly focused pairing combining the elusive RA7 wild clone lineage with the iconic PM1 Carla selection tied closely to the lost RA5 legacy.

This release was designed around preserving and expanding some of the most respected modern Carlablackiae traits: intense white veining, deep velvet saturation, elegant mature form, and true collector-level presence.

Each sprout represents a completely unique expression from two highly sought-after Carla lines rarely paired at this level.

Parent One

RA7 Clone

Rory Antolak

Lineage Notes
• Wild Carlablackiae clone from the original RA lineage
• Considered one of the lesser collected and less circulated Rory Carla specimens despite its exceptional mature beauty
• Known for refined elegance, glowing venation, and a cleaner more understated presentation compared to louder modern Carla selections
• Preserves a more natural wild Carla aesthetic that longtime collectors deeply appreciate

Trait Signature
• Bright luminous venation against deep velvet foliage
• Elegant elongated proportions with refined symmetry
• Deep black-green mature coloration possible
• Sophisticated understated collector presence
• Strong classic Carlablackiae posture and form

Parent Two

PM1 Clone

Source
Paul Marcellini via Rory

Lineage Notes
• PM1 is an offspring from the legendary RA5 mother plant line
• Pollen donor believed to be either an RA10 clone or an unknown related Carla selection
• Widely recognized as one of the closest visual descendants to the infamous RA5 phenotype no longer in circulation
• Selected for extreme contrast veining, velvet depth, and iconic mature structure

Trait Signature
• Intense luminous white veining
• Deep velvet foliage capable of near-black hardening
• Broad elegant shape with dramatic mature presentation
• Exceptional visual depth and reflective sheen under ideal lighting

Expected Traits

• Heavy velvet expression from an early age
• Intense white venation with glowing contrast potential
• Deep black-green mature coloration possible
• Broad range of classic Carla shape variation
• Strong vigor and elegant mature structure
• Potential for exceptional keeper phenotypes combining refined wild Carla aesthetics with modern high-contrast velvet expression

This pairing was built around preserving the soul of classic Carlablackiae while pushing toward even stronger contrast, velvet depth, and mature collector presence.

Growth Stage

• Fresh sprouts
• Early living plant material with natural variation in development
• Some sprouts may already be transitioning into first true leaf growth depending on timing of shipment

Grower Notes

This pairing feels like a bridge between overlooked elegance and legendary modern Carla influence.

The RA7 side contributes a quieter more refined wild beauty that many newer collectors have never fully experienced because the clone was never heavily circulated. The PM1 side brings the dramatic RA5-style contrast and mature velvet depth collectors obsess over.

The goal behind this project is not just producing loud plants, but creating Carlablackiae with soul, balance, and long-term mature beauty.

Some phenotypes may lean sleek and refined while others may mature into broad glowing black velvet monsters with intense collector presence.

That range is where the magic lives.

Shipping

• Carefully packed with moisture support
• Sprouts may ship in moss or stabilized humidity packaging depending on development stage
• Shipping Monday through Wednesday to reduce transit risk
• Combined shipping available before label creation

Important Notes

• Photos may show representative parent plants and not the exact sprout received
• Sprouts are living plant material and natural variation should be expected
• Shape, color, vigor, veining, and mature expression will vary from plant to plant
